Our story
Back in 2016, our founder and CEO, Michael Schweitzer, noticed something that everyone seemed to accept as “just the way things are”
Records management was an extra chore piled on top of people’s actual jobs.
Adoption of ECM tools was low—not because people didn’t care, but because the process didn’t fit into real‑world workflows. Mike thought, “It shouldn’t have to be this hard.”
Over the years, he connected with smart, passionate people across the industry, built a team of problem‑solvers, and shaped a set of values that still guide Gravity Union today. The company grew steadily and intentionally around one clear mission:

Since then, we’ve delivered solutions across hundreds of organizations and thousands of departments. Every project has sharpened our understanding of what truly works inside Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Collabware — and what doesn’t.
