Our participation in this meaningful initiative allows us all to contribute to a stronger, healthier, and more equitable community.

What is a Living Wage?

The minimum wage is a legislated minimum hourly amount that employers must pay their employees. A living wage is the amount that someone would need to meet their basic expenses (including things like rent, food, transportation, etc.) once government taxes, credits, deductions, and subsidies have been taken off. The living wage is updated annually based on the current economic climate.
